No chargebacks permitted except for verified non-delivery. Any unauthorized chargeback may be considered fraud and subject to civil recovery.

24 Hour inspection window from confirmed delivery. After 24 hours, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Buyer is responsible for return shipping and insurance if return item is approved and within the 24 hour inspection window.

Risk of loss transfers upon confirmed delivery by the carrier, regardless of who accepts the package.

This agreement is executed electronically and is legally binding as if signed in person.

Any disputes shall be governed by the laws of the Commonweallth of Pennsylvania.
