Accepted Returns

• If you receive the wrong item.

• If a product was misrepresented in its description.

Conditions

• Watches must be returned in original, unworn condition with all accessories.

• A 10% restocking fee applies.

Non-Refundable Deposits

Deposits for sourcing, holds, or brokerage services are non-refundable, as they secure our time and resources. The only exception is if we are unable to source the agreed-upon watch within a reasonable timeframe, in which case a refund may be offered at our discretion.

Exclusions

We do not accept returns due to:

• Buyer’s remorse or change of preference

• Damage caused after delivery
